Would mark more stars, but still owed £80 for recovery fee to my home address which didn't happen. I was told that I would not be charged for a recovery fee as I agreed that my car would be taken to their garage in Burwell and they'll do the repair instead.(£300 for altenator and labour parts etc) plus the fact I payed for a courtesey car. Phoned up on several occasions since the 13th of January, to only be told that someone will call back. Still haven't heard anything ... Would like someone to deal with this please. It's a pity as I felt it was an efficient service but still £80 pounds out of pocket after I've already spent a lot of money.
